The Brickmaker

Add to My Yahoo!

"A story written in Finland told of a brickmaker who was hauling his products to market on a dark night. He complained bitterly at the bumpy road he and his wagon had to travel. Then he noticed something. He was making his own rough road by carelessly permitting the bricks to fall off the wagon and under the wheels. Because men and women travel at night-in mental darkness - they fail to see how they make their own rough roads. Correction is possible." -Vernon Howard
